In the company of Ranger Bob Weston take to the lesser known country roads and tracks to look at the wild birds and waterfowl in some of the hidden lochs near Collessie.
Having access to telescopes and binoculars at points along the way will allow us a closer look, at this time of year we might catch a glimpse of some of the migrant birds who over -winter in Fife .
Participants should be proficient bike riders, mountain or hydrid bike required able to cope with forest roads and tracks. Moderately fit and healthy as some steep ascents. Cyclist should be capable of cycling 12-15 miles, undulating and moderately hilly terrain. Bicycle to be in good working order.
Wear cycling clothing, bring waterproofs and a packed lunch. Helmets Compulsory.
Telescopes and Binoculars will be provided and transported in a support vehicle.
Minimum age 12, under 18s to be accompanied by an adult.
Parking at Birnie Car Park, cycling route will leave from and return to car park.
