The film opens with Mark racing a rally car at Driftland Lochgelly before he talks about his 30 – 35 hour per week training routine where he can clock up to 500 miles. As he speeds along the tracks of Parkhill Farm, Muckmedden, he explains the value of finding a good balance between intensity and recovery. The two-minute film also shows Mark enjoying some of Fife’s fantastic food and drink offering, such as Eden Mill Gin and Jannettas Gelateria ice-cream, while discussing the importance of  consuming good, natural produce.
