About

Lindores Lodge is a stunning, purpose built,  3 bedroomed self-catering retreat with a hot tub overlooking spectacular views of Fife, Scotland. Located on a farm just outside the village of Newburgh, 25 minutes from St Andrews.  The Scottish National Heritage has classified the area a ‘Special Landscape Area’. The Lodge has ample space and comfortably sleeps 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms (singles or kings) and 3 bathrooms. It has been carefully designed to suit the area and make best use of the light, views and space.  The interior furnishings will make you smile – they are unique, charming and finished to a high spec ‘country cool’ standard.

Horse Holidays
Horse holidays are extremely popular here – we have 30 stables, an outdoor sand school, grass paddocks, hacking and the well established Lindores Cross Country on your doorstep. Dogs are also welcomed to make this a real family adventure!

Increased Accessibility

Assisted wheelchair users, visually impaired and elderly will find the ground floor and garden ideal for a holiday. The Lodge has been designed for increased accessibility and special care has been taken on sourcing practical but appealing support tools. So whether you’re escaping to the country with family, friends, wheelchairs, dogs or horses we have designed the lodge to cater for you all.  Lindores Lodge is perfect for a relaxing, rural, retreat!

About us

Lindores Lodge is owned by the Black Family who run Braeside of Lindores Farm. The enterprise produces Scottish Quality Assured beef and lamb and malting barley for the whisky industry. The farm also hosts Lindores Cross Country – Scotland’s most enjoyable horse riding cross country course since 1989. In 2012, Richard and Anna Black wanted to diversify the farm and a further seed was sown to create Lindores Lodge. Architectural plans for a disability, family and dog friendly holiday retreat were drawn up and in 2013 the Lodge was opened!

We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful part of the world; our photographs will give you a flavour of what could be your dream break.
