Tickets are on sale now for a major new exhibition of work by Fife born artist Jack Vettriano at Kirkcaldy Galleries this September.
The exhibition will include nearly a dozen paintings, signed with his birth name, Jack Hoggan, and produced in his formative years before he made the decision to become a full-time artist. They will be shown alongside major works he created from his late 30’s until he moved to London in 1998 and will offer a fascinating insight to the process of development and evolution in his work.
There will be more than 50 works on show, including many instantly recognisable paintings. Set to be a major attraction with his legions of fans locally, nationally and worldwide, The Early Years exhibition is being curated in partnership with the artist and is a rare chance to see many of his paintings on loan from private collections.
