Weddings in the Designed LandscapeIf you are looking for a unique venue to host your small wedding then Falkland Estate’s designed landscape is the perfect location. As well as offering an incredible backdrop to your wedding photos, there are many idyllic locations where your wedding can be held, including the picturesque roofless Memorial Chapel, a circle of ancient trees, standing by a gentle burn or deep into the forest. The choice is yours.
Your wedding can be civil, religious or humanist.
We will work with you to create a unique package based around your needs, desires and of course, budget.
We can accommodate weddings for up to 150 guests.
Budget for weddings starts from £500.
Other ceremonies are also catered for.
Business Events BookingsThere are many well known benefits to hosting your team bonding, strategic planning and board meetings away from the office. With a variety of well appointed meeting spaces, unique breakout areas, an inspiring landscape and a wide range of team activities, Falkland House Stables is the perfect place to hold your events.
Our Meeting Spaces
The Stables Workshop – A large, naturally lit rectangular room with a wood burning stove, projector and screen. This room is ideal for hosting a conference, presentation, training session, team building event, product launch or AGM. Our theatre style setups can accommodate up to 50 delegates, while our boardroom table style can seat up to 20. Please see the gallery below for more seating styles.
The Horse Stalls – A unique space with many striking and original features. This space is perfect for serving lunches and refreshments, hosting smaller events or as a break out space for larger meetings. This room can also accommodate up to 50 attendees.
Outdoor Spaces – We have a range of outdoor spaces that are ideal for meetings, break out areas or simply for relaxing during lunch and coffee breaks.
Services
Wi-fi is accessible throughout the building and from many of our outdoor spaces. Photocopying and other office services are available to help in the running of your event. You can also book our events management team to ensure the successful organisation and running of your event. Our team have many years of experience in planning and hosting events, from small board meetings to large scale festivals.
Activities
Make your meeting a memorable one by adding one of our unique activities or team building sessions. We work with a variety of partners and our own Ranger to bring you a range of fantastic tailor-made events and team building activities. Our activities can be motivational and themed to your meeting, they can be educational or they can simply be good fun – a great reward for your hard-working team! Past activities have included Ranger led walks, conservation, bushcraft, bread making, cookery (indoors and out) and falconry.
