Dysart
The harbour at Dysart is transformed to play the French port of Le Havre where Claire and Jamie land when they escape to France in season two. It is also the location for St Germain’s warehouse.
Dysart is situated right on the Fife Coastal Path and the harbour dates to 1450. Dysart is a pretty harbour town. It's very picturesque and many visitors like to stroll along the 'sailors' walk', a path connecting the town to the outer end of the harbour. Also worth a look is St Serf's tower and the white harled, red pantiled row of houses at Pan Ha'. The Harbourmaster's House takes you on an interactive tour of the history of the region.
