Rose and Thistle is a well established free-entry makers market. You will find a thriving community of local makers, bakers, artists and charities. Our carefully curated market is a true treasure and a St Andrews must-see. Each month we showcase around 50 local markers and as this varies month to month, there is always something new to discover. Whether you are looking to treat yourself, need a gift for that someone special or want a souvenir of your time in Scotland, our community of makers has just what you need. As well as giving the gift of handmade, you will also be supporting local makers and charitable organisations. The Rose and Thistle market takes place on the 2nd Saturday of each month, excluding August, between 10am and 4pm at St. Andrews Town Hall, Queen’s Gardens, KY16 9TA.
