Celebrate the spirit of St Andrews with a fun-filled day of events planned (Saturday 29th Nov) including a community market, outdoor ceilidh from 5pm - 7.45pm, followed by a torch procession and fireworks to end the celebrations!

Pop in to the Wardlaw Museum to enjoy the latest exhibition - From These Parts: Scotland, Art and Identity - which runs until mid February. Open 7 days 10am - 5pm.

Set on the cliffs above the sea, the castle ruins are fascinating and well worth a visit with underground tunnels, dungeons, and a “bottle dungeon.” Opens 10am. last entry 3.45pm.

Discover the town’s rich history with an award-winning walking tour, available Friday–Monday at 2pm. It’s a fun way to uncover hidden stories and learn more about this historic town.

Take a trip to Balgove Larder, on the outskirts of town, to enjoy Fife's freshest and finest produce. Pick up some goodies to take home, enjoy fine fare in the cafe, or dine in quirky Steak Barn...a restaurant made from potato boxes!

Head to the recently opened Eden Mill Distillery to enjoy a tour, sample a tasting flight, or simply relax with a drink in their stylish bar overlooking the water. A perfect warm-up stop during your St Andrew’s Day visit.

On St Andrew’s Day (30th November), the refurbished St Andrews Heritage Museum is free to visit. Explore seven galleries, shop locally made gifts in the pop-up shop, enjoy cosy drinks and biscuits in the Garden Gallery, and join a curator’s tour at 2pm.
St Andrews is brimming with charming independent shops, perfect for picking up unique Christmas gifts while soaking up the seasonal atmosphere.
