The 3 night stay in Glamping + at The Open Camping Village is valid only for Friday 16th July - Sunday 18th July 2027 for two people. The prize cannot be transferred to an alternative date. The R&A will provide all the details for your stay and any additional terms and conditions directly. All additional expenses, must be covered by the winner. Please note the accommodation does not permit dogs. 

The Open tickets are general admission for entry on Saturday 17th July and Sunday 18th July 2027.

Open only to UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents aged 18 or over excluding any employees of Fife Council and the R&A and their families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

Prize will be drawn and winners contacted by email on Friday 26th March 2027.

The winner will be notified by email by the R&A (using the details provided when the Qualifying Entry was made) on or within 7 days of the Draw Date. If any winner does not respond to The R&A within 14 days of being notified by The R&A, then their prize will be forfeited, and The R&A will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The decision of Welcome to Fife and the R&A regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

By making a Qualifying Entry, each Eligible Person agrees to be bound by these Terms. Welcome to Fife and the R&A reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.

The R&A reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The R&A's control makes it necessary to do so.

The R&A reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The R&A reserves the right to withdraw any prize if it has reason to believe that any winner has breached these Terms.

The R&A makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality of the competition prize and any conditions, warranties, or other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prize must be accepted and taken on weekend of 16-18 July 2027 and is non transferable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. The decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters.

By entering the competition, participants accept that their details will be held and may be used by the Promoter (Welcome to Fife) and competition partners R&A) for marketing purposes.

By participating, entrants agree that the Promoter is not liable for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen, illegible or late entries. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion in whole or in part at any time during the promotion period.

By entering the promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Instructions relating to this promotion form part of these terms and conditions.

The winning entry will be selected by Welcome to Fife (Fife Council) and details passed on to the R&A.

The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses, except as stated. All travel, activities and accommodation are at the winner's risk. Transportation, taxes, fuel, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
