Room with a View, Aberdour

Enjoy fabulous views across the Firth of Forth on a visit to this gem of restaurant in the lovely coastal town of Aberdour. Dine on succulent scallops, wholesome halibut, fresh langoustines and many more delicious seasonal seafood dishes. On a sunny day you can also enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the garden area or in one of the outdoor pods.

The Niblick, St Andrews

The Niblick, formerly the Café at the R&A World Golf Museum, has undergone a complete renovation and been transformed into a modern dining experience. From its elevated position above the museum, the restaurant offers stunning views of the West Sands beach and the iconic Old Course St Andrews. Using the finest local and seasonal ingredients, The Niblick offers an extensive menu that includes a host of family favourites and indulgent clubhouse classics.

East Pier Smokehouse, St Monans

On a sunny summer day, dining at the East Pier Smokehouse has a distinctly Mediterranean vibe set on the stunning St Monans coast with gorgeous views and outdoor seating. Seafood specialities including local lobster, hot smoked seabass and smoked langoustine feature on the menu along with a wide range of other dishes served in paper boxes for a relaxed and unique dining experience.

The Harbour Cafe, Elie

The Harbour Cafe can be found in the beautiful Fife seaside village of Elie and operates a quirky pop up shack restaurant from April-Oct, serving a selection of freshly caught and expertly prepared locall seafood and produce. And situated a stone's throw from the water, the views are just incredible. Good food is at the heart of everything, Jack & Amy Elles do and they are passionate about using the best local ingredients, sourcing most food within a radius of five miles.

Salt and Pine, Tentsmuir (by St Andrews)

You'll find the quirky Salt and Pine (formerly The Crepe Shack) at Tentsmuir Forest, one of Fife's most popular tourist spots...and with both forest and beach to choose from, it's clear to see why. Pick up one of their delicious freshly made sweet or savoury crepes and choose your picnic spot.

The Granary, Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries

If you're in Dunfermline, Scotland's ancient capital and newest city, dining views don't get much better than from The Granary, which you'll find on the upper level of 5 star Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries. Opened in 2023, the menu features interesting, fresh and delicious food which you can enjoy with stunning views across to Dunfermline Abbey and the beautiful Heritage Quarter. There is also a covered balcony for al fresco dining on a sunny day.

The Lobster Shed (Reilly Shellfish), Crail

Head to one of the UK's most instagrammable locations - Crail harbour - to enjoy freshly cooked and prepared Lobster and Crail Crab™, from April to the end of September, at the Lobster Shed.  As featured on TV with ‘Rick Stein – Local Heroes', food doesn't come fresher than this, with incredible East Neuk views to boot.

Boat Brae, Newport-on-Tay

With its stunning views of the River Tay and the surrounding areas, Boat Brae is the perfect place to meet for coffee and cake, grab a drink or enjoy a meal. Sourcing local ingredients, they pride themselves on serving top-quality food and drinks with a view.

The Shore - Grill and Fish House, North Queensferry

Set in the historic town of North Queensferry in the shadow of the Forth Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, views don't get much better than this. Dine on beautiful seasonal produce in The Shore - Grill & Fish House, with stunning views of the Queensferry Crossing.

The Seafood Ristorante is located in St Andrews overlooking the iconic West Sands beach. Menus of locally sourced and sustainable produce, supplied fresh daily, create beautiful and delicious plates which are elevated with an inspired Italian twist.
