Outdoor Yoga in the Walled Garden, Adam Smith Heritage Centre, Kirkcaldy

Join us for an Outdoor Yoga class on Wed 9 Sept 9.30am to 10.45am in the Walled Garden of the Adam Smith Heritage Centre in Kirkcaldy. Smell the sea and listen to the seagulls this in sun trap of garden.  This is an Iyengar Yoga class and beginners are welcome. The class will be taught by Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Jo Mitchell, founder and organiser of the Kirkcaldy Yoga Festival.  All equipment will be provided. Bookings are £15 and there is an alternative wet weather venue nearby if it's too wet or cold.  Booking is via Jo's website jomitchell.yoga.
