SCOTTISH WOMEN'S WELLBEING SUMMIT "BOLD WOMEN, BRAVE FUTURES" OLD COURSE HOTEL ST ANDREW'S FIFE 15TH NOVEMBER 2025

The Scottish Women's Wellbeing Summit is a 1-day, wellbeing and leadership forum bringing together 250 women from across Scotland. The summit theme this year is "Bold Women, Brave Futures", and girl, we are bringing it.

We have an astounding lineup of world-class speakers, including Dr Jo Salter MBE. Jo was Britain's first female Fast Jet Pilot, the first woman to lead an all-male squadron, and is currently Global Advisory of GenAI for PWC.

Kate Muir, a Scottish writer, producer, and documentary maker who wrote and produced Davina McCall's Sex Myths and the Menopause for Channel 4.

Joining Jo and Kate is Lee Donald, the 7th woman from Scotland to successfully summit Mount Everest. Lee is now in training to take on K2 in 2026. This summit has been designed with wellbeing woven into every detail of the day.

Kick start the day with Yoga and Ice Baths in the morning, and round it up with Ceremonial Firewalks in the evening. In between, you will hear from world-class keynote speakers, take part in hands-on expert-led workshops, eat well, and connect with amazing, trailblazing women just like you.

The summit has access to 75 bedrooms at the Old Course, Overnight guests are invited to join speakers and delegates for a stunning leadership dinner in the ballroom, followed by a champagne reception and evening entertainment.

Our speakers will discuss a range of topics related to women, leadership and wellbeing. Including Emotional intelligence and Mental wellbeing. GenAI and upskilling women leaders in IT. Executive presence and authenticity, closing the women's health gap, and fostering safe workplace environments that encourage women to bring their whole selves to the workplace.
