Mozart: Overture to Don Giovanni
Sibelius: Violin Concerto in D minor op. 47
Amy Beach: Symphony in E minor op. 32, ‘Gaelic’

St Andrews undergraduate student Junia Jonsdottir joins St Andrews’ chamber orchestra in a performance of Sibelius’ volcanic, virtuosic violin concerto. The concert also features a real rarity; the first symphony penned by a female American composer, in which the influence of Dvorák, and of Scottish and Irish folk tunes, contributes to a sweeping orchestral tapestry.

Admission: £12, £10 (Music Centre members, concessions), £5 (students)
Tickets available on the door.
