Ewan, one of Scottish Seaside Saunas’ team of certified sauna masters, presents a multi sensory evening sauna session, using, heat, steam, music and essential oils. Accompanied by an eclectic soundtrack track, Ewan will enliven your Friday evening. You will leave with your mood elevated and your attitude recharged, ready for the weekend!
Ewan trained as an Aufguss Sauna Master, on Anada’s accredited training course, at Elie Seaside Sauna. Ewan and other members of Scottish Seaside Saunas’ team of certified sauna masters, will be performing regular Aufguss events at Elie and St. Andrews throughout the winter season.
