A morning hike following the walking route up to the Temple of Decision and then to the Tyndall Bruce Monument. And an excellent time to see the morning vistas and wildlife in the forest from the hillside viewpoints and historic buildings.

On these walks you can expect to be lead safely by experienced and knowledgeable estate staff who will do their best to ensure your enjoyment of the activity and Participants must bring:
Own appropriate footwear and clothing for the activity
Own food and refreshments, packed lunch on longer walks
Own binoculars and cameras welcome

These walks will go ahead in most weather conditions, but extreme wind, gales, snow, or heavy rain are possible at this time of year. Hot sunshine too! So prior email or phone contact with the customer to confirm that conditions are good for the activity will be necessary. Alternative date or refund can be offered on cancelation of activity.
Dogs welcome if on a lead, we will be walking through areas with ground nesting birds and lambs so dogs must be under strict control.
