Wednesday Women’s Wellness is a calm, welcoming midweek session at Largo Castaway Sauna, led by Antonia, and held every Wednesday from 7–8pm.
Designed to support relaxation, connection, and wellbeing, the session offers women a dedicated space to slow down, enjoy the warmth of the sauna, and take time out from busy routines. The focus is on gentle wellbeing rather than structure or pressure — whether you come to relax quietly, connect with others, or simply reset midweek, you’re welcome. The atmosphere is friendly, inclusive, and supportive, making it suitable for both first‑timers and regular attendees.
Cost: £12 per session making it an accessible way to prioritise your wellbeing each week.
