Ideally situated in the heart of Leven, The Cairns Leven is a welcoming guest house overlooking the beautiful Firth of Forth, making it the perfect base for exploring Fife and beyond.
Whether you're visiting for a family break, enjoying a round of golf, walking the Fife Coastal Path, exploring the local area or simply looking for a relaxing seaside getaway, we offer comfortable accommodation with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
We have five individually furnished ensuite bedrooms, including double, twin, king and family accommodation, as well as an accessible ground-floor room with a wet-room style ensuite. Several of our rooms enjoy lovely sea views across the Firth of Forth.
Guests have access to a comfortable communal dining area with stunning sea views, where you'll find a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a selection of complimentary snacks and breakfast items. For guests who would like a little more flexibility, our kitchen-use option provides access to the full kitchen for a small additional charge.
For families and groups, our whole-house option offers exclusive use of the guest house, including the fully equipped kitchen, lounge, games room with pool table and outdoor patio.
We're particularly well placed for golfers, with many of Fife's fantastic courses within easy reach, and we're also a great choice for walkers and cyclists exploring the Fife Coastal Path. Leven itself offers shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities, while excellent transport links make it easy to explore destinations including St Andrews, the East Neuk and wider Fife.
Getting around is easy too. Leven Bus Station and Leven Railway Station are both just a short walk from the guest house, making The Cairns Leven a great base for exploring without a car. Rail and bus connections make it easy to travel throughout Fife and towards Edinburgh, while free parking is available nearby for guests arriving by car.
