Anster cheese is the only farmhouse cheese made in Fife. Visitors can watch the cheese being made from the Viewing Gallery.
Our Cheese Counter – which is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm – stocks our own award winning farmhouse cheeses, plus a carefully chosen selection of oatcakes, chutneys, jams and local honey. We also offer coffee or tea to ‘carry out’.
In our shop, we stock a range of British Farmhouse Cheeses alongside our own Anster, Red Anster, Smoked Anster and St Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar. A selection of hampers and baskets are also available for you to select and fill for that perfect ‘foodie’ gift at any time of year
