Lundin Links is well known for its two golf courses. Both have plenty of history - the 18-hole course at Lundin Golf Club was used for many years as a pre-qualifying course when The Open Championship was held at St. Andrews, and the Ladies 9-hole course is the world's oldest women's golf course.
Another reason to visit Lundin Links is the impressive standing stones cluster found on the Ladies golf course. Three huge monoliths dating from the 2nd millennium BC form a megalithic circle and are certainly worth a look.
Lundin Ladies Golf Club is known and loved by many as one of the only ladies golf club in Scotland. It is run solely by the ladies but welcomes gentlemen players and juniors.
Lundin Golf Club, near to St Andrews the 'Home of Golf', is well known throughout the golfing world as a course of rare quality.
