Join us for a peaceful Yogic Reset in the tranquil surroundings of the Adam Smith Garden, designed to help you transition from the busyness of summer into the stillness of autumn and winter.
This 75-minutes outdoor session includes:
Palo Santo/ sage purification ritual
Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system
Gentle Yogic stretch (inspired by Vinyasa Krama & Somatic Stretch)
Guided meditation with accompaniment of Tibetan bowls
Closing silent meditation
Led by Justyna, a certified meditation guide, yoga and somatic stretch teacher, and counsellor-in-training, this mindful practice is crafted to gently regulate your nervous system and support emotional balance.
Who is it for?
Adults of all experience levels are welcome. Ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, emotional reset, or mindful connection to nature.

Location: Adam Smith Garden, Kirkcaldy. Access through 220 High Street.
In case of heavy rain/bad weather, the event will be cancelled and refunded or moved indoors to the Adam Smith Heritage Centre or The Kings.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat and blanket for meditation
Water bottle/tea flask -Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
Open mind and willingness to slow down
