The People's Sauna will be at the Adam Smith Garden for the Lang Toune fest! Here's what we have in store:
Sound Bath Sauna (12:00–1:00 pm) Session begins with a live instrumental 10-minute sound journey to help you drop into your body and arrive in the space. From there, you’ll move into your sauna session feeling more present and relaxed. Sound Bath Sauna (1:25–2:25 pm)Second sound bath session of the day
Plant infusion Sauna 1 - Scots Pine (2:50 – 3:50 pm) The water for this sauna session is collected from a local spring and infused with Scots Pine, a tree that supports gentle strength. This session will also have ambient sounds playing throughout
Plant infusion Sauna 2 - Hawthorn (4:15 – 5:15 pm) The water for this sauna session is collected from a local spring and is infused with Hawthorn, a tree that supports an open heart.
