Join us for first of our family screenings for The Red Shoes Festival – a summer celebration of Scottish music and dance, centred on Dunfermline’s own Moira Shearer and the cultural places and people connected to her life and legacy and marking the centenary of her birth. Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales strand: Named after Hans Christian Anderson’s The Red Shoes, journey through the Danes’ fairytales from “deep under the sea” with the Little Mermaid to the shoe-tapping Emperor’s New Groove.
