What is Wild Energy Medicine breathwork? We have all experienced that ‘lump in the throat’ before the tears fall, or a quickened heartbeat before an unknown experience or even stomach pains and running to the toilet when faced with a situation that is alien to us.  This is our body broadcasting our emotions, sometimes even before our minds have had time to process them.
