About

Your Scottish hosts Fiona & Paul, offer unobtrusive and friendly attention and service to ensure you lack for nothing during your stay.

A place to relax….. at the end of the day, relax in the comfortable bedrooms, all designed in a modern contemporary style. Bedrooms vary in size but are united by the common values of quality and comfort. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with built in DVD player, complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer and wireless internet access. The ensuite shower rooms reflect the contemporary style of the bedrooms.

In the morning, guests can help themselves to breakfast from our buffet. We also freshly cook to order and serve traditional full Scottish breakfasts, smoked salmon with creamy scrambled eggs and pancakes & bacon with maple syrup.

Our continental breakfast includes warm baked rolls, a choice of jams, yoghurts, grapefruit, other seasonal fruits and cereals. This of course is complimented by a choice of fruit juice, ground filtered coffee and tea selection.

Where possible all our produce is sourced within Scotland.

Most specialist dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal service where comfort and informality makes Annandale the perfect home from home.

Directions

How to find us
Airports at Glasgow and Edinburgh offer plenty of connections both nationally and internationally. Car Hire is available from the major firms at both airports and in the city centres. Dundee Airport offers flights from London City airport.

St Andrews does not have its own train station – visitors should get off at Leuchars station and travel into St Andrews either by bus or taxi. The journey time is approximately 10 minutes.

On arriving at St Andrews by car on the A91, go straight ahead at the first roundabout and then straight ahead at the mini roundabout, take the next left onto Golf Place. Take the next right onto The Scores and then next right onto Murray Park. Annandale is the first guest house on the left side of the street.
