The Larick Campsite is ideally placed for access to the walking and cycling trails around Tentsmuir Forest, Morton Lochs or the Fife Coastal Path and is only a short drive or bus/bike ride away from the V&A and other attractions in Dundee. We have a range of pitches available, catering for backpackers, tents, caravans and campervans. Our modern facilities block provides ladies and men’s toilets and showers, accessible toilet and shower, washing machine and space to wash your dishes. There is free Wifi for checking those important emails or browsing the internet and the beautiful Larick Community Centre and its popular café are close by.
The friendly town of Tayport offers grocery shops to stock up on essentials, places to eat, a post office, a chemist and other amenities. The Tayport Heritage Trail will lead you around the town and show you its rich history. There is something for everyone: great walks to take your dog, children's playgrounds, outside exercise equipment, great views over the Firth of Tay where you will see seals and if you are lucky bottlenose dolphins.
The Larick Campsite is run by the Tayport Community Trust and all income will help with the development of sustainable activities for the benefit of the people of Tayport.
