Farmer. Butcher. Bacon Curer.
From our family farm in Auchtertool, West Fife, we produce artisanal bacon and pork from our homegrown, hand-reared pigs. We care about what we do and that starts with ensuring the highest welfare standard for our pigs through excellent stockmanship. We use traditional methods at our on-farm butchery, dry-curing our bacon and hand-linking every sausage. We take the same care and attention when sourcing the finest PGI Scotch Beef and Lamb for our team of highly skilled butchers to prepare. Our award-winning range of products are available online for home delivery, in-store at our Kirkcaldy High Street butchers shop and our butchers counter in the food hall at Dobbies Dunfermline. You can also find our products at farm shops and delis across the country.
