Bums off Seats is a Fife Walking Initiative. We provide free local health walking opportunities in Fife and all walks are led by a trained team of Volunteer Walk Leaders. A health walk is a free, short, local walk and is suitable for most people, even if you have a long term health condition.

8th September- Action Zone Leven Promenade (Route Promenade to Letham Glen Return)
15th September Viewforth off Randolph Street, Buckhaven (Route Buckhaven to East Wemyss Return)
22nd September- Car Park next to "3 Tuns" on Kennoway Road, Kennoway (Various Routes)
29th September- Levenmouth Academy- meet in school grounds at car Park after mini roundabout (Route to Cameron Bridge)
Tuesday at 11am

9th September- Letham Glen Gates (Route Towards Scoonie Golf Club)
16th September- Action Zone Leven Promenade (Various Routes)
23rd September- Letham Glen Gates (Route Letham Glen)
30th September- Promenade Car Park next to Levenmouth Swimming Pool (Route Promenade Walk)
