Begin your yoga day with a rejuvenating outdoor morning practice in the serene setting of the historic Walled Garden. Surrounded by nature and the soft morning light, this gentle session will awaken your body and calm your mind. Led with mindfulness and care, the class combines: Gentle yogic stretching to energise and release the body. Breathwork to centre yourself and support focus for the day ahead. Mindfulness meditation accompanied by the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls, grounding you in the presence and peace.

Your Teacher – Justyna Majewska Justyna is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who brings a warm, grounded, and intuitive approach to her sessions. Trained in Vinyasa Krama, Somatic Stretch, and Mindfulness practices, she weaves together movement, breath, and presence to guide her students into a deeper connection with themselves. Currently training as a counsellor, Justyna offers a space rooted in compassion and emotional awareness. Her classes are welcoming to all, focusing on gentle care for the body and a mindful start to the day.
