An embodied workshop to meet Joy through movement, breath, and shared space. Joy lives in the body — often in the quiet places we forget to visit. In this workshop we create a gentle container to slow down, notice, and truly feel moments of ease, lightness, and delight. Through somatic movement, conscious breath, periods of rest, simple rituals and healing herbs , we will explore joy as a felt experience, not an ideal. This is a welcoming space to slow down, connect with your sensations, and meet joy with curiosity and warmth.
