Nestled in a peaceful private position, within a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach.  Situated in the historic coastal village of Kinghorn, with its attractive sheltered bay and splendid sandy beaches. To the north of the village water sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing, sailing and open water swimming on Kinghorn loch and the surrounding Binn Wildlife Conservation Area, stretching from Craigencalt to The Binn at Burntisland forms a traffic-free area for walkers, cyclists, horse-riders, bird and nature watchers to explore. Within easy reach of St Andrews and the cities of Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth, with their excellent leisure and shopping facilities, making this all a fantastic base for your holiday.

Entering the house into the lounge with its open fire and period features.  There is a staircase which takes you to the lower ground floor where the kitchen is located as well as the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC.  There is a further staircase in the lounge which takes you up to the first floor where you will find the bright double bedroom with feature stone wall.
