32 Nethergate

A quirky, modern but spacious holiday home on two levels. Roomy lounge, separate dining room, well equipped kitchen and family bathroom are all on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms sleeping upon to five adults with a separate shower room.

The Nethergate also has a small private sun-trap garden and car parking with an EV charger.

Just two minutes walk from the Fife Coastal Path and dog friendly beach at Kinghorn Harbour (we timed it!)

We are an ideal base for exploring Fife and further field.

Are you are following in the footsteps of Outlander ?

You can walk to two filming locations if you are feeling energetic.

Taking your golf clubs on holiday?

Kinghorn's course was designed by Old Tom Morris himself, whilst the nearby Burntisland Course is officially the tenth oldest course in the world.

Admiring nature?

Lots of nearby spots to catch the local wildlife and birds. You may even be lucky enough to see porpoises and dolphins. In recent years, whales have made a return to the Forth.

Just relaxing by the Coast?

Whether its rock pools, wild swimming, paddle boarding or sandcastle building !
