Kingask St Andrews is a family run, independent holiday business based in St.Andrews. We know and love the East Neuk of Fife and specialise in helping you find your perfect property. We have houses in St Andrews and Crail; from cosy rural retreats to townhouses there is something to suit all pockets and tastes.
We started with only 2 properties 30 years ago and have grown over the years to become one of the largest independent holiday let companies covering St Andrews and the East Neuk, with over 50 lovely properties to let. We offer some of the most desirable accommodation in the area and unrivalled flexibility and service.
We can also provide longer term lets, property management and services, and we use our acquired knowledge as property owners to provide the best service possible for Landlords and tenants alike.
We believe that the personal touch is very important, we like to meet you and it lets you put faces to names, should you need any help during your stay. We hand over the keys and let you know we are here should you need any help during your stay; whether you’re looking for restaurant advice, places to visit or need assistance at your property, we are just on the end of the phone or at the office.
We have our own on hand Kingask cleaning and maintenance teams and our office is open Mon-Sat 9-5.30pm with an out of hours answer service should we not be manning the office. Our personal service is what makes us stand out against the rest and keeps guests coming back year on year, we love welcoming back familiar faces.
Not only that but our great relationship with local businesses, built over the years, allows us to offer our guests special offers at The Fairmont and local restaurants and tourist attractions.
