Established in 2012 on the banks of the Eden Estuary, Eden Mill became the first to make spirits in the area in over 150 years. September 2025 marked the opening of our new multi-million pound development including a distillery and visitor centre.
Eden Mill’s gins are crafted using several botanicals sourced locally to the distillery, and their single malt whisky showcases a unique flavour profile that brings together the grassy, floral notes of the Lowlands and the rich, robust, cereal notes of the Highlands.
Book a gin or whisky tour and a must-visit is the brand-new bar on the top floor serving a range of cocktails that visitors can sit back and enjoy while taking in the stunning views over the estuary towards the St Andrews skyline.
