Wild Scottish Sauna is a locally owned, nature-inspired wellness experience. We have 5 saunas across the east coast. This one is based on the breathtaking West Sands Beach in St Andrews. Rooted in a passion for health, community, and connection to the elements, we bring the ancient tradition of sauna bathing to one of Scotland’s most iconic coastlines.
What We Do
Our handcrafted, wood-fired sauna sits right on the sand, just steps from the sea, inviting you to experience the powerful contrast of hot and cold therapy. Guests move between the heat of the sauna and refreshing dips in the North Sea, boosting circulation, easing stress, and awakening the senses. We offer public sessions, private bookings, wellness events, and seasonal experiences such as full moon saunas and ritual-guided plunges.
