To take part just register online and parkrun will email you a barcode. Just bring that along with you to get a result recorded. After the event has finished the participants head to a local cafe for a cuppa and a chat. Parkrun is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, to get some fresh air, to exercise and to enjoy company of others.
