A somatic and relational workshop to explore fear as a messenger of safety and boundary. Fear is often misunderstood — and then avoided. In this workshop, we slow down long enough to feel where fear lives in the body, what it’s trying to protect, and how it speaks to us. With gentle movement, breathwork, grounding practices, and herbal supports, we’ll create a safe, embodied space to meet fear’s presence without judgement or rush. This is a warm, held circle — not exposure therapy, not pressure — just presence with what is. What to expect• Nervous-system soothing practices• Breath & grounding exercises• Gentle somatic movement• Herbal resources for calm and warmth• Optional sharing
