Tide Turning Spring Equinox Sauna

Celebrate the changing season at our Spring Equinox Turning Tide gathering on the coast. We’ll begin at 6pm with a gentle coastal walk, taking time to connect with the sea air, the lengthening light, and the energy of the turning season. This relaxed walk sets the tone for an evening of warmth, reflection, and community. After the walk, we’ll head to Largo Castaway Sauna for a restorative hour of seaside sauna. Enjoy the heat, the views, and the option of refreshing sea dips as the sun lowers over the water. It’s the perfect way to reset the body and welcome the shift into spring. To close the evening, we’ll gather on the beach around a bonfire, sharing hot chocolate and toasted s’mores under the evening sky. Expect a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, good conversation, and a moment to pause and appreciate the seasonal turning point together. This event is about slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and celebrating the arrival of brighter days by the sea. Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.
