The south coast of Fife offers unbeatable views of the three bridges that cross the Firth of Forth. The iconic Forth Bridge has been carrying trains across the mighty Forth Estuary since 1890 and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Forth Road Bridge was the east of Scotland’s main road link to the south from 1964 until 2017, when it was replaced by the striking Queensferry Crossing, the world’s longest three-tower, cable-stayed bridge.
