As soon as guests arrive at Hawkswood House they know they are somewhere special from the great care and attention to detail by the Owners in the design of such as lovely property. We offer five ensuite bedrooms, up to 10 guests can enjoy Hawkswood House in absolute privacy and comfort. Our beds can be configured as doubles or twins as required. So, we can accomodate singles groups and couples.Two glorious reception rooms with log burners and Large flat screen TVs with full Sky packages, a conservatory with dining facilities and French windows lead out to the summer terrace.
Along with the fabulous living areas, we've taken care to create a sense of privacy, so even when sharing the house with a group of friends you'll always have your own relaxing space to enjoy. On the first floor the terraced balcony provides the perfect setting for breakfast or evening drinks in the warmer months. A top of the range kitchen diner for parties who wish to self-cater or our team will arrange for all staffing requirements from a butler to waiting staff and a private Chef. The large boot room offers plenty of space for all your golf kit and outdoor clothing, and after a long day on the course or sightseeing, a session in the whirlpool bath will soothe your muscles.
Hawkswood House also has sister properties next door - The Roundel and Bowhill House. Each property can be rented separately or clients can book multiple properties. This will give you a total of 15 en-suite luxury bedrooms.

At Hawkswood House we cater for the golfer. So, in order to improve your short game skills, before visiting one of the great golf courses in nearby St Andrews, we have built your very own Short Game Area in our grounds. Our Short Game Area was designed and built by a golf professional, to provide the perfect practice area for honing your short game. The course has 5 pitching mats, 6 holes and two bunkers, providing a wide range of lies and distances. This offers the opportunity to practice a variety of shots on your very own private practice area. We are also delighted to offer our private 250 yard driving range on the Estate for all guests to use.
You can unwind in our Hydro Spa, with room for all. It offers 43 state-of-the-art jets that relieve-tension in targeted areas including your back, neck, shoulders and calves by cascading up and down your back. Enjoy dining al fresco with our impressive Mediterranean barbecue and outdoor patio area. Perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing with friends and family. If you wish to dine out, the renowned restaurant the Peat Inn is a short distance, and St Andrews offers a wide choice of both fine and casual dining.
