About
Our new student-run restaurant, The Academy, is open during term times at our Kirkcaldy campus. The Academy provides excellent facilities and training for our hospitality and culinary arts students, giving them a realistic working environment and training to industry standards. Students are at the heart of The Academy, learning in a first-class environment, taught and supervised by our chef and food services teaching staff.
Our students will prepare and serve you a range of delicious freshly-cooked food of the highest quality, with the menu shaped by our students to reflect the seasons.
