Calling all St Andrews bartenders! Show off your creativity and mixology skills by creating an original cocktail inspired by a classic pancake pairing. Share the story behind your drink and bring your bar experience to life. How It Works Choose one hero brand from: Absolut, Beefeater, Bumbu, Altos, Malfy, or The Deacon, and use a minimum of 35 ml of your chosen spirit in your cocktail. Your creation will be judged on: Taste Presentation Brand Awareness Originality How to Enter Email your name, cocktail, and full recipe to charlotte.cowan@pernod-ricard.com by 6th February. Prizes Exciting prizes await! 1st place wins a Glasgow trip for two, including an overnight stay at Dakota and a hosted cocktail crawl. 2nd place receives a portfolio bottle and dinner at The Adamson, and 3rd place takes home a portfolio bottle.
