A regular contributor on media platforms, Wendy writes cookbooks, blogs and commissioned articles, networking with chefs in Scotland and Scandinavia. She has spoken at numerous conferences on food tourism, cheese and local food production, including guest speaker at Nordic Terra Madre, Copenhagen, and Women in Tourism, Kristianstad.
She arranges bespoke food journeys for international travellers and runs workshops on food tourism, artisan cheese, Slow Food Ark of Taste and a range of ethical food experiences at their studio in Fife.
Dedicated to biodiversity and food heritage, Wendy is Scotland’s Leader for Slow Food Ark of Taste, Cooks Alliance Member and published North Ronaldsay Sheep: Scotland’s First Slow Food Presidium. Her husband Bosse is a Swedish expert in heritage farming and breeds. Together they have a depth of knowledge of Scottish and Nordic food culture.
