The picture perfect location of Westshore House is iconic, and the interior is just as impressive. Set over three levels, the ground floor has a welcoming lounge with coal effect gas fire, selection of comfortable seating and impressive sea views.
A spacious dining kitchen with range cooker, wood burning stove and large dining table which looks out to the sea has an added bonus of a utility room and access to the garden. A fabulous family bathroom with feature freestanding roll top bath and separate shower cubicle completes the ground floor.
Whitewashed wooden stairs leads to the first floor. A grand, vintage feeling sitting room with uninterrupted sea views and coal effect gas fire is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring. This level has a spacious double bedroom with sea views, as well as a further double bedroom and a single bedroom, both of which look out over the garden. The master bedroom with seating area and twin bedroom are on the second floor, and also benefit from views across the water, perfect for sitting watching the fishing boats bringing home their catch. A single foldaway bed can be put in place in the master bedroom to accommodate guest 10. A further family bathroom with shower over the bath completes the accommodation.
Outside, Westshore House has a courtyard area, from which steps lead to the garden. Several seating areas are provided to ensure that you can make the most of the sun. There is additional seating alongside the seawall to the front of the house where you can sit and feel the sea spray as the tide comes in. You can even make use of the traditional washing poles which are fixed to the sea wall to hang your swimsuit if you’ve been lucky enough to take a dip!
