Love the sea? You'll love Coast Lark. St Andrews is a beautiful destination not only for its famous golf courses, university, and historic sites, but for its stunning coastline - so be sure to enjoy the Fife Coastal Path during your trip. If you prefer a tailored approach, I run guided small group hikes on the Fife Coastal Path for family groups, students, locals, golf visitors, and everyone in between. One circular hike runs for 2.5 hours between East Sands and Rock and Spindle cove, but with hour-long "intro to beachcombing" experiences, and longer bus out/hike back options, there's an outing for everyone. I take private bookings for bespoke routes, so please get in touch by email with your idea and we'll make a plan.
In addition to coastal hikes, I also love creating upcycled beach art using seaside treasures and local second-hand finds. I show my work at local markets, take commissions for upcycling art projects, and run pop-up outdoor workshops so you can take home your own handcrafted, sustainable work of art to remember your trip to St Andrew or give as a gift. I can host these workshops for private events including birthday celebrations, so do get in touch to discuss.
