Sandpipers is a beautifully presented, detached cottage, tucked away just off the High Street in Crail and a stone’s throw from the picturesque harbour, beach and coastal path.

The property has been finished to a high standard; built in 2015 it demonstrates great thought and attention to detail.

Filled with luxurious design features, including underfloor heating, designer lighting and a bespoke kitchen with Dekton worktops, island/breakfast bar and integrated appliances, the cottage offers everything you need for a luxury and stress-free seaside escape.

Upon entering, the cottage opens up to an open-plan sitting room with beautiful hard wood flooring, flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating available to relax on.

This leads through to the kitchen, which has a fantastic contemporary style and includes a Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine (do take some pods), instant boiling water tap, integrated Siemens double oven/microwave and touch controlled induction hob.

There's a Siemens dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The dining area seats six with French doors leading out to a beautifully private patio, perfect for a morning coffee, evening glass of wine or alfresco dining.

Downstairs, there’s a generous cloak and bathroom, with power shower.

Upstairs, there's a large storage cupboard with Bosch iron, ironing board and travel cot inside.

The spacious landing leads onto two large bedrooms, both with wardrobes.

The upstairs bathroom has a luxurious feel, equipped with a large bath and shower.

It is just a couple of minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach and harbour, where you can pick up freshly dressed crab and lobster in season and there’s a fabulous craft cafe with views out across the water.

You have easy access to the breath-taking coastal path, from which you can walk all the way to St Andrews or Anstruther.

A few minutes’ walk from the cottage also puts you in the heart of Crail, with a number of hidden gems providing exceptional food.

Crail is home to a number of excellent tourist attractions; why not visit Scotland's Secret Bunkers, an underground cold war bunker museum housing the BBC studio and switchboard room with two cinemas and a cafe available?

Further afield is East Sands Leisure Centre, which offers a free form leisure pool, thrilling flume slides and a giant aqua run inflatable assault course, a perfect day trip for the whole family to enjoy.

Sandpipers is the perfect property for remote holidays in this part of Scotland.
