About

The house is an old farmhouse on the edge of St. Andrews, it was last used as a working farmhouse about 1975. It nestles in a dip below Kinkell Braes on the Anstruther side of St. Andrews. It is about 100 yards from the East Sands beach and has easy access to the beach. The East Sands Leisure Centre with swimming pool is similarly close.

The town is about 1 mile away and can be walked in about 15 to 20 minutes, the beach path is a good way to walk into town as it passes the harbour and cathedral and has good views.

We have free WIFI available throughout the house

St. Nicholas Farmhouse is a member of St. Andrews B&B Association a unique collection of B&B's in and around St. Andrews.
